  3. Enroll in a Membership Tier
  4. Browse Carriers
  5. Add Carriers to your Reservation
  6. Visit Your Cart
  7. Add Reservation Notes (if applicable)
  8. Submit Reservation & Receive Confirmation
  9. Pay Invoice
  10. Receive Carriers - Save Your Shipping Materials!
  11. Return Carriers - Postage Prepaid!


More About Borrowing with MyTurn

myTurn is modeled after a library checkout system. In myTurn making a reservation is the equivalent of checking out under our old system. You will receive an email when one of the admins approves, corrects, or denies your reservation. If we approve your reservation, you will be sent an invoice for the rental fees, shipping costs, and any other fees unless you pre-approve charges in a reservation note. You have 24 hours to pay the invoice. Once the invoice has been paid, you will receive a notification that the carriers have been “checked out”.


  1. Login to your account
  2. Browse carriers - filter by brand/child size/type, check availability calendars, etc.
  3. Reserve - Click the blue “Reserve” button. In the popup, select how you would like to receive your carrier, “Pickup” or “Shipping”
  4. Shipping & Pick your dates - In this popup, select your shipping address and the dates you would like to borrow the carriers. Click “+Add Item” to add to your cart or “Cart” to see your cart.
  5. Submit Reservation - After you have selected the carriers you would like to borrow, click “Submit Reservation”. This is similar to checking out on our old website, but you will not be charged at this point.
  6. Receive Approval/Denial - Reservations are not guarantees. When we receive a reservation we may change the dates to reflect shipping times, carrier maintenance, or library events. You will receive an approval (or denial) with notes if necessary.
  7. Pay Invoice - You will receive an invoice for the carrier rental, shipping, and any other taxes/fees. Your reservation will be held for 24 hours, if your invoice is not paid, your reservation will be cancelled.
  8. Receive Carriers  - You will receive a notice that carriers have been “checked out”. This means that your order is complete and you will receive a tracking number when your carrier(s) ship. Enjoy your carriers for 14 days and be sure to return on time!
  9. Order Updates - Once your carrier is delivered you will receive an email that your order has been updated to reflect a due date of 14 days after receipt. Please be sure to return your carrier on or before the date listed or arrange an extension prior to the due date. You will receive reminder emails as the due date approaches.
  10. Ship Your Carrier(s) - Use the provided shipping label and shipping materials to return your carrier to the library - on or before your due date. Carriers returned after the due date are subject to a $5/carrier/day late fee.
