• Only one coupon or discount code may be applied per order.
• Library pricing may only be used by current library members using the email address associated with their membership
• Coupons and discount codes may or may not apply to sale items.
• Orders placed with ineligible coupons may be invoiced the additional amount. If a refund is requested instead a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

• Only current Library members are eligible for member pricing.
• Choosing "Yes" for library member activates member pricing
• If you checkout with member pricing and are not a current member your card on file will be charged for the non-member price before the item is shipped.
• If you choose to cancel the rental after the non-member fee is charged but before the item ships all charges are subject to our 20% order cancellation fee.

Rentals

• Once an item ships no refunds will be offered for rental fees paid
• Memberships payments are not eligible for refund
• Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee
• All sales are final and as-is, no refunds will be offered.

Preloved Sales

• All sales are final 30 days from the date of delivery
• Returned items are subject to return shipping and standard rental fees & policies
• Once an item ships your order may not be cancelled. You may return it upon receipt - you will be refunded less shipping, and rental fees if it is returned in the same condition.
